Franz Lopez is a Filipino photojournalist, travel photographer, and multimedia professional whose journey in photography began at the age of 10. A senior photo and video journalist at Rappler, a member of the Photographic Society of America (PSA), and founder of Born in Film, his work is rooted in visual storytelling, human connection, and purposeful photography. Through his images and community work, Franz seeks to tell meaningful stories, inspire creativity, and champion the belief that photography is for everyone.
