Hello there! My name is RC Rosales, and I am a photographer based in Cebu City, Philippines. I love to roam the downtown streets of my home city a few hours a week, taking pictures of noteworthy random moments I encounter. When I’m not out there on the streets, I recruit and manage ESL teachers online for a client.
